So I was going to do a really nice "Face of the Day", but if any of you have been outside, well at least here it is like a million and five degrees, so my face is the last thing I want to photograph, I just want to sit in the zone of the small fan that is my only coolant at my job, you heard that right... No air conditioning.
So instead of my FOTD post, I decided to just show you the products that I have been grabbing for EVERYDAY. I do a quite simple face for the summer. I like minimal everything. So here is goes :)
- MUA Lipstick in  Shade 15 (juicy) from my swap with Monika
I wouldn't say this is my favorite lipstick, but MUA does have a great range with such creamy pigmented colors, it is very impressive. And for summer this gives my lips the perfect pink lip.

- BADgal Lash
I never thought I would find a mascara that beats out my bareMinerals Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara, but this really does. I know a lot of people do not like this mascara. But for me it is perfection. It has a creamy formula, and it has a huge brush.
- Maybelline Shadow in Tastefully Taupe
I love this single shadow. Days I do not want to pull out my MAC Palette or my Smashbox Palette and want something simple and hastle free, I go for this. It is one of the only drugstore shadows that I feel stole the show for me.
- Tarte  Mineral Bronzer in Park Ave
Love this bronzer. It had taken me about... 9 months to find a bronzer I liked for my skin tone. And I got the little set majorly for the blush! So this was a surprise, though full size is fairly expensive, I will be splurging when I run out! And since I am the definition of white, this really makes me look polished and a little sun kissed!
- Tarte  Amazonian Clay 12- Hour Blush in Dollface

So I think it is safe to say this is my favorite discovery! I have never reached for one single product as much as I have with this. I own so many blushes, and this on it my ALL TIME FAVORITE. But it might have to move over in a week of so... when my NARS blush arrives ;) Perfect summer blush. (Brief mention: this blush smells odd)
- Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in Birthday Suit
This is my favorite cream shadow. It is just so pigmented, and it just glides on.
Korres Multivitamin Compact Powder 12N (Oily - Combination Skin)
I recently got this off of eBay to replace my Maybelline FIT Powder that I have been using forever, I'm only on my second one, but still. I really like this powder. I use it just to control any oil during the day. A lot of people didn't like this because it is low coverage, but that is exactly why I like it.
- Smashbox Photo Finish Primer
I bought this primer, total impulse buy. But I feel it really does help with keeping my foundation put, and also in picture/video I feel my face does appear more "flawless", but it is still light enough that I can wear it in summer and not feel like I'm wearing a mask.
- NARS Sheer Matte in Deauville
This is just my everyday foundation. I found out the hard way that I cannot really wear this in the dry winter months because my face gets little-bitty dry patches. But in the summer it works like a dream. Ideally I would wear a BB Cream  or a tinted moisturizer, but honestly I feel like sometimes those are a but overprices and gimmicky. If I want less coverage I just add a little moisturizer to my foundation!
What the heck! Here is my face!
Do you  use any of these products?

    1. Thank you! I love NARS packaging. It is pretty much their selling point with me.
But I totally feel you with foundations. I have only used a few in my life, because if I find one that works I really stick with it.
