Recently I have been really thinking back on my makeup history. About a year ago I was all about finding great affordable makeup products at the drugstore. A year has past, and now when I look for drug store in my collection I am at a loss. I have lost my roots, and I went to Rite Aid today to try and locate them!
First I saw the Wet N' Wild display... I have quite a few of this line of lippies, but these shade just caught my eye. At only $1.99 I couldn't walk away from these beautiful shades! They are all very spring-inspired in my opinion (they came out last summer!). And I feel a bit ahead of the curb knowing that I have 4 colors already to start out the much anticipated, for me, season!
(Left to Right: Purty Persimmon, Dollhouse Pink, Cherry Picking, Don't Blink Pink)
(Top: Dollhouse Pink. Bottom: Don't Blink Pink.)

(Ombré Lips: Dollhouse Pink & Don't Blink Pink)
(333 Golden Sage: Applied with Ring Finger)
(556 Smoldering Plum: Applied with Ring Finger)
Also I have been eyeing these L'oreal 24 Hr Infallible Eye Shadows since they made there arrival which seems like years ago. I decided against my gut instinct of getting a carmel and champagne. I decided to get colors that I do not have many of in my collection: plum and green. I am really happy with the payoff and the texture of these shadows. I also really have always had a soft spot for pigments, I find them easily applicable with a finger for a smokey/grunge look.
I would really love some drugstore recommendations! :)
