January 2013 Glossybox
Let's start off with I didn't expect to get this box, I had bought the special half off box for black friday and for some odd reason I assumed that they would only send me that one. But when I got shipping notification and my bank was missing 21$ I can not say I was too pleased. Thankfully Glossybox saved itself by sending me some cool products to try out, including two full sized products! I did unsubscribe as soon as I received shipment confirmation. But this box just might get me to re-subscribe.
Products In The Box:
- Estee Lauder Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying Volume Mascara: I hadn't heard much about this product until I posted my video unboxing of this months Glossybox! But since then many people have been telling me how fantastic this mascara is. Sadly, I have many mascaras to use before I can indulge in its goodness.
- Fresh Umbrian Clay Mattifying Serum: I am kind of excited to try this. It will probably last me about 5 uses. But I have never been let down by a Fresh product so my expectations are good.
- Le Metier De Beaute Replenishing Daily Solution: I have nothing to say about foil sample packets  they are my worste enemy because they build up until I look like I am hoarding them and then I end up just throwing them away anyways.
- Narciso Rodriguez for her Eau de Toilette Spray: Again, same with these, I hoard them, and then throw them out. This smells like a grandmother who just bundles a ton of flowers around herself. Yuck.
- OPI "Can't Let Go" Liquid Sand Nail Lacquer: I was excited to see a full sized OPI polish in this box. But when I actually used it... I wasn't so impressed. It is a matte glitter. My boyfriend said my nails looked like sand paper, and that's not cute. I still need to try it with a top coat, hopefully it helps.
- Sebastian Professional Potion 9: This is a cool product, it is a nice sized sample and I actually have been looking for something like it. It is not too thick, or too thin. And it doesn't leave my hair dry or too oily. It might be something I would repurchase.
- Tarte Achiote Tint: This saved the box for me. if you know anything about me, then you know I am a blush addict. And an even bigger Tarte blush addict. I don't know what it is, but Tarte just makes the best cheek products. HECK, I don't think I've never used a Tarte product and not fell in love! I love using this with a stippling brush, it leaves the cheeks looking natural and fresh.
