Don't you love it when you get an amazing deal on something, maybe that you wanted for a while or maybe something that is a necessity! WELL that was my trip to CVS in a nutshell. I had went in for a specific folder, but you know how that works, they didn't have it so obviously I ended up in the beauty section.
It started with looking at facial wipes, because as always I am running low. I always try to buy something that is on sale, this week at CVS Simple brand was $2.00 off each product! On top of that if you spent $15 on the brand you got 5$ back towards your next purchase. That's what I call a deal, so naturally I had to stock up. I picked out one of each type of wipe and then a pack of the eye makeup remover wipes, I am super intrigued by these.
Then I stumbled upon the face masks. I have a bunch of masks by Freeman, some good and some I could live without. I saw a new face mask, well one I never saw before, the packaging and name reminded me of the Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask. I thought
"What the heck, I'll give it a go, maybe it will be similar!" and at only 4$ I couldn't really loose. Sadly it is not a dupe at all. It is more of a facial polish, great for exfoliating and it warms up which is always nice.
Lastly I came upon the makeup isle, after peeling myself away from the limited edition section I started to look for the one makeup item I have been searching for, and they had it! I have been searching everywhere for the Rimmel Scandaleyes Kohl Pencil in Nude! I noticed that the brand was Buy One Get One 50% Off so I picked up this pretty taupe color that I am sure will come in handy!
It was a good day for drugstore shopping in my world. I always love the deals you can get between BOGO, rewards, and coupons, it gives a sort of thrill! And even more exciting for that I won't have to but makeup wipes for a couple of weeks ;)
Ugh, I hated Simple wipes so much. Not so much if they're harsh even on sensitive skin, blaaah. I'm intrigued by that face mask though.
